Skillfully perform both remodeling and handyman projects with a high standard of craftsmanship in the greater Louisville area
Establish a positive relationship with customers, and ensure they are thrilled with LH&R’s work and service.
Communicate with customers about the work being done and ensure understanding, as well as answer any questions they may have
Use company-provided iPad to review work orders and photos in preparation for next day’s tasks and to document notes and upload photos upon job completion
Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle and equipment
Job Requirements
Must have 5+ years of experience in more than one of the following: Remodeling – bathrooms, kitchens, and basements / Finish carpentry / Framing carpentry / Siding, windows & doors / Drywall / Tile work / Painting
Must own power and hand tools
Must be able to work off ladders and roofs
Clear driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years) and clear criminal background check and drug screen
