At the second meeting, we will review LH&R’s Project Development and Design Agreement which summarizes the scope of the project, provides an approximate budget range, and lists the services we provide with a signed agreement.

Here, we go into even more detail on your style, measure the space, and get to know your home in more detail so we can build a 3D model of your project using Chief Architect. Chief Architect allows us to create incredibly realistic renderings, showing you what your remodeled space will look like before a single hammer is lifted.

After the initial price, we continue to partner with you to make adjustments to the scope and/or the design to reach a price that works.
