We’re still buzzing with excitement after participating in the 2025 Tour of Remodeled Homes, hosted by the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville. This year’s event ran August 9th and 10th and drew over 250 visitors eager to explore inspiring home transformations — including our very own featured project, the Beatty kitchen remodel.
Showcasing Craftsmanship and Creativity
Our team was thrilled to open the doors to the beautifully remodeled Beaty kitchen and adjoining great room, where we combined design and remodeling expertise to create a bright, inviting space. The kitchen features classic white cabinets paired with a warm, wood-toned island, illuminated by elegant pendant lighting and recessed lights — a perfect balance of modern style and cozy charm.
One thing about the kitchen is that it had lots of bells and whistles behind the cabinet doors and drawers — pull-out pantry shelves, an appliance garage, electrical outlets in the cabinets for small appliances and charging gadgets, under-cabinet outlets to keep the backsplash streamlined, pegs in the drawers for dishes, a built-in spice rack and utensil holders… so much good stuff!
Plus, we freshened up other main floor spaces to complete the look.

We couldn’t be prouder to announce that Joe, our lead remodeler on this project, took home an award for Best Remodel Under 1000 Square Feet! It’s a testament to the hard work, attention to detail, and passion our team poured into every inch of this home.
