Our team had the opportunity to give this bathroom a well-deserved refresh! Bathroom remodeling is one of Louisville Handyman and Remodeling’s specialties, and we’re proud to take you with us on a walk through this project.
We replaced the original cultured marble countertops with a beautiful, low-maintenance quartz top – which checks the boxes in both fashion and function.
We replaced the faucets and fixtures with brushed gold and matched that style throughout the bathroom as shown in the updated shower area below.
This dedicated vanity and makeup area used to be where a small acrylic shower once stood, next to a Jacuzzi tub. Opting to swap the tub for a walk-in shower freed up the space, and our team replaced the original builder’s grade vanity with a semi-custom, comfort-height vanity.
Before this beautiful walk-in, glass-doored shower, there was the acrylic Jacuzzi tub we mentioned above, which overpowered the room. Eliminating the corner tub freed up space to install a larger, rectangular shower with niche.
We updated the finishes in the shower to brushed gold and used a larger format tile in a brick pattern for a more modern feel.
